Information for online bookings

  • Visa, MasterCard and MIR are accepted for online payment
  • Governed by the the Federal Law 79-FZ of 20.04.2014 "Amedments to the Flight Carrier Code of Russian Federation" Yakutia Airlines (JSC Air Company Yakutia) have introduced non-refundable fares for air travel on regular domestic and international routes. Please refer to Fare Applicability Rules when making a booking.

Passenger Information Entries

  • Passenger information such as forename, surname, passport data, addresses should be entered using only Latin characters. Customers are responsible that all passenger data entered is fully accurate. Changes to be made later will incur a fee.
  • When booking with:
    • Russian National Passport - enter the forename and surname transliterated into English (e.g: Ivanov Vladimir). 
    • Foreign Passport - enter forename and surname as spelled in English in the document.
    • If your passport number contains letters, type those in English e.g.: ICH55512853.


Depending on which Fare Family a Booking Class belongs to, refunds and itinerary changes may be not permitted (non-refundable) or be subject to a fee of RUB 3000 per flight coupon. Surcharge may also apply within selected intervals prior to departure. Penalty may be deducted from the total collected airfare. For details, please refer to the Fare Rules Table:

Important visa information for connecting flight via Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy (PKC)

Travelers booking a journey on Anchorage (ANC) - Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy (PKC) - Japan route must have all necessary travel documentation and visas to enter/exit Japan, the US and Russia. At the interim stop at Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Russia, travelers must clear Russian customs and immigrations inbound and outbound.”
