List of authorized to transport onboard subjects and substances:
In luggage compartments with the isolated access of passengers to luggage during flight:
- Crossbows, spearguns, swords, sabres, hangers, rapiers, bayonets, daggers, knifes: with locks, simulators of any kind of the weapon.
- Household knifes, scissors with a length of blades over 60 mm.
- Liquids and alcoholic drinks with the ethanol volume no more than 70%, in the container for retail trade no more than 5 litres per passenger.
- The sprays for sports or household use, with a valves protected from spontaneous release of content, in capacities no more than 0,5 kg or 500 ml for one piece. Total capacity not more than 2 kg or 2 litres per passenger.
In the hand luggage:
- Medical thermometer – one per passenger.
- Tonometer in a case - one per passenger.
- Barometer or a manometer in hermetic case.
- Disposable lighters - one per passenger
- Ice for cooling of perishable food - no more than 2 kg per passenger.
- 3 % hydrogen peroxide - no more than 100 ml per passenger.
- Harmless liquids, gels and the sprays in capacities no more than 100 ml (or equivalent capacity in other units of measure) packed into transparent plastic package no more than 1 litre - one pack per passenger.
Liquids in capacity more than 100 ml not accepted for transportation, even they are filled partially.
Exceptions for transportation restrictions have: medicines, child food and special diet products.
Liquids bought in duty free or onboard should be packed into plastic package providing identification of purchase in duty free or onboard in day of a trip.
The administration of the airport has the right to make additional measures on maintenance of flight safety and forbid for transportation in cabin following subjects:
- Corkscrews.
- Hypodermic injection needles (without the medical substance).
- Knitting spokes.
- Scissors with length of blades less than 60 mm.
- Clasp knifes with length of blade less than 60 mm.
Prohibited for transportation in luggage subjects/substances:

1.Stinging and cutting subjects.
2.Explosives, weapons, an ammunition, signal flare, pyrotechnical and flammable substances.
3.Toxic, poisonous substances and infectious organisms.
4.Inflammable liquids, such as paints and solvents.
5.Inflammable subjects, such as matches and lighters.
6.Radioactive materials.
7.Compressed gases.
8.Portfolios and suitcases with the built in safety alarm devices, lithium batteries.
9.Magnetized subjects and various dangerous subjects listed in IATA list of prohibited goods.
10.Oxidizing substances such as bleaching powders, alkalis, battery liquid elements, organic peroxides and corrosive substances.
- 40 kg for business class and comfort class passengers.
- 20 kg for economy class passengers.
- 20 kg for flights over Yakutia Republic.
The size of one piece of the luggage should not exceed 50x50x100 cm.
If the weight or dimension of your luggage exceed standard of free transportation you should reserve and pay for excessive luggage at booking of the ticket. If you have not made it, the luggage above standard rate will be accepted only with the presence of technical possibilities.
For convenience of passengers in cabin each passenger has the right to take private use subjects: a handbag or a portfolio; a folder for papers; an umbrella; a cane; a bunch of flowers; outer clothing; newspaper/magazine; a child food; a cellular phone; a photo/video camera; a portable computer; a suit in case; a child cradle; a crutches, a stretcher or an armchair-carriage for passengers with the limited mobility.
Subjects listed above are not weighted, not registered and not labeled.
Within flight safety policy each passenger has to take hand luggage no more than 5 kg and no more than 55x40x20 cm in size. The hand luggage is included into rate of free of charge luggage.
With a view of maintenance of your safety airline "Yakutia" recommends to study the given instruction on the organisation of safe transportation by air vessels of the weapon, an ammunition and cartridges to it, special means:
1. Weapon reception to transportation, registration of corresponding documents, delivery aboard an air vessel at the airport of departure and weapon delivery at airport of destination is carried out by the authorised employees of service of aviation safety of the airport (we recommend to you to address to the authorised employee of the airport or the representative of airline).
2. The control over observance of an order of transportation of the weapon by air vessels is carried out by law-enforcement bodies and services of aviation safety of the airports according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3. The weapon of the passengers having the right to its storage and carrying, is without fail passed the authorised person for temporary storage for flight at the airport of departure and stands out to owners upon termination of flight at airport of destination.
4. The weapon is transported onboard the plane in the isolated luggage compartment in a metal box and locked.
5. An order of official registration of papers on transportation of the weapon and its delivery aboard an air vessel: – at a presentation of the weapon during preflight examination the authorised person informs of it the employee of law-enforcement body on transport which is obliged to check up presence at the passenger of documents on the right of storage and weapon carrying, and in necessary cases of the corresponding permission to its import on territory of the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation, and also to make careful survey of the weapon about what the mark in acts of acceptance of the weapon for flight of an air vessel becomes. The weapon should be in the discharged condition separately from an ammunition. At the airports where there are no law-enforcement bodies on transport, check of documents and weapon survey are carried out by the authorised persons.
– Survey of the weapon and official registration of papers on its(his) transportation should be made in specially taken away(specially removed) premises of the airport equipped according to requirements.
– One copy of the act of acceptance of the weapon issued properly, stands out to the passenger at the departure airport. The given copy is the basis for reception in destination of the weapon passed by the passenger for temporary storage for flight..
– At act registration the authorised person is obliged to explain to the passenger an order of its reception at airport of destination.
– Transfer aboard an air vessel of foreign airline of the weapon accepted for temporary storage for flight, is carried out by the authorised person in the order described above, as agreed and under the control of the representative of foreign airline.
– At the foreign airports the weapon passed for temporary storage for flight, is accepted aboard an air vessel according to the requirements described above, under the control of the representative of the Russian airline and in an order co-ordinated(agreed) with administration of the airport.
6. An order of delivery of the weapon to passengers at airport of destination:
– The authorised person delivers the weapon in specially equipped premise of the airport. After a presentation the passenger handed over to it at the airport of departure of a copy of the act and the document proving its identity, the document on the right of carrying and weapon storage, and in necessary cases of the corresponding permission to its(his) import on territory of the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation, it stands out to the owner after a list in an act copy
– The act copy is passed by the authorised person in service of aviation safety of the airport where it is stored within one year
– The weapon not claimed by the passenger at airport of destination surrenders the authorised person in law-enforcement body.
– At the airport of the foreign state the representative of airline of the Russian Federation carries out a meeting of an air vessel with “спецсредствами”, delivery and weapon delivery to their owners according to the requirements described above in an order, co-ordinated(agreed) with airport administration.
