1. Introduction

1.1. The Rules regulate the Basic provisions of the Frequent Flyer Program (further – the Program)

1.2. The Yakutia Airlines can make any changes concerning the conditions of point calculation, the award provision and the fare list, when the level of class increase is not available.

1.3. The Yakutia Airlines may void or change the Program or its part any time with or without the prior notification. In case of cancellation of the Program, all points of the participants can be void. The Yakutia Airlines would not be responsible for any losses and wastes as the result of that changes and cancellations.

1.4. The Participant of the Program accepts all rules and conditions written in the company website.

1.5. The rules concern all participants of the Program.

1.6. The program essence is to give the points to every participant for the flights of the Yakutia Airlines, depending on the distance of flight and its class of service. There is an ability to get the award in the form of free ticket and class of service increase in the Yakutia Airlines flights.

1.7. The Participant of the Program is able to register in the Program, to get the account information, to enter his code before purchasing a ticket in the Yakutia Airlines website and to register the award ticket.

 

2. Basic provisions, terms and definitions

2.1. The Participant of the Program is the passenger participating in the Program by virtue of application or the company web-site registration.

2.2. The Level of the Program – there are 4 levels of the Program (standard, silver, gold and brilliant). Every participant of the Program is in one of the levels. The definite quantity of flights is required to pass to another level. The definite quantity of points is necessary to get the award.

2.3. Award is the provision of a free ticket to a passenger of company and class of service increase, made by the points saved.

2.4. Participant account is the account in the company informational system, where the performed flights are being considered.

2.5. Points – the basic value, in what the account of participant is being kept.

2.6. Participant Card is the card with individual number, issued to a Participant after the Program entering or another level passing.

2.7. Flight is the passenger performed flight.

 

3. Participation in Program

     3.1. The participation in the Program allows collecting the points for the performed flights,    and use the points for class of service increase or getting free ticket.

     3.2. Any passenger over 14 years old could become a participant of the Program. Every passenger participates individually.

     3.3. The participation in the Program is free. You may decline the Program participation any time.

     3.4. The Yakutia Airlines may accept to the Program and not accept any person with giving no reasons.

 

4. Registration in Program

4.1. Register in the Yakutia Airlines website www.yakutia.aero to participate in the Program. Only one account is being created for every participant.

4.2. The day of participation commencement is the day of application filling (Appendix 1).

The points are being calculated only for the flights performed.

4.3. Every participant of the Program controls the amount of points on his account. If there are any questions or nonconformities, the participant should contact the Frequent Flyer Program Department.

4.4. Every participant is responsible for correct information, given in the application before entering the Program.

4.5. The Participant may use his account number whether he has the Program card or not.

4.6. After entering the Program, the participant will get points for the flights performed for last 90 days.

 

5.  The Program Participant Card

5.1. The number of personal account of the Program Participant is written on the Card.

5.2. The Participant Card contains the following information:

- Name of the Participant of Program.

- The number of personal account of the Program Participant. The account number is the identification number of the Participant and it is not being changed till the Participant status change or Card change.

5.3. The Participant of the Program must show the Card before issuing the ticket in the company agencies and enter the code in case of issuing the ticket in the company website www.yakutia.aero

5.4. The Program Participant card is the property of company. In case of card loss, the participant should send an application to the Service center to reissue the Card (Appendix 2)

5.5. The information about personal account is available in the Private Office of the Program Participant on www.yakutia.aero. The login and password is required for entering the Private Office.

 

6. Points Calculation

6.1. Performed flight points are being calculated in 30 days after the flight (Appendix 3).

6.2. Points are not being calculated in cases written in the rules of Program, and also for lost or unused tickets.  

6.3. Points are not being calculated for free or privileged tickets, issued for official or business request and for award tickets.

6.4. Points are not being calculated if the Participant was issued free, official or business, award, charter, IT or SALE ticket.

6.5. The class of service increase is not being awarded for tickets, issued for IT and SALE fares. 

6.6. The Yakutia Airlines can request the flying documentation for 2 years after the flight performed for point calculation rightfulness check.

6.7. In case of the points not calculated in 30 days after the flight, the Participant should fill in the Unaccounted points restoration application (Appendix 4) and send it to the Service center e-mail (free-flight@yakutia.aero).

6.8. In case of the points not calculated in 90 days after the entering the Program, the Participant should fill in the Unaccounted points restoration application (Appendix 4) and send it to the Service center e-mail (free-flight@yakutia.aero).

 

7. Levels of Participation in Program.

7.1. There are 4 levels of the Program Participation: standard, silver, gold and brilliant.

Standard

After the registration in the Program the Participant gets the Standard level and takes 500 premium points.

The Card owner has the right to get

- premium points

- class of service increase of the points collected.

The account voids automatically if there no any operations for 2 years.

 

7.2. Silver

Level up if the Participant performs 10 flights for year. 1000 premium points are being given for level up.

The Card owner has the right to get

- premium points

-class of service increase of the points collected

- 5 kg extra free luggage weight.

 

7.3. Gold

Level up if the Participant performs 20 flights a year. 1500 premium points are being given for level up.

The Card owner has the right to get

- premium points

-class of service increase of the points collected

- 10 kg extra free luggage weight.

 

7.4. Brilliant

Level up if the Participant performs 30 flights a year. 2000 premium points are being given for level up.

The Card owner has the right to get

- premium points

-class of service increase of the points collected

- 15 kg extra free luggage weight.

 

8. Trip Cancellation, Involuntary Itinerary Change

8.1. In case of flight cancellation for technical problems and acts of God the points for unused tickets are not being counted.

8.2. In case of involuntary flight change, where the itinerary is not similar as for the original, the Participant would get the points for the flight performed.

8.3. In case of involuntary company flight change, the Participant should send the request to the Service center about the points calculation for the flight performed attaching the ticket copy and boarding pass.

 

9. Account Annulment

9.1. The Account could be annulled as following:

If the Participant Account has no points for 24 months after registration the Program.

9.2.      If there were no points after the date of the last flight performed.

9.3. The Annulled account and data would not be recovered, the monetary and other compensation is not provided.

 

10. Use of Points

10.1. The Program Participants may choose the following awards (Appendix 5) for the points of the Program:

- class of service increase (from economy class to economy-comfort, from economy class to business class, from economy-comfort to business class);

- one way ticket in economy, business or economy-comfort class (award ticket);

- round-trip ticket in economy, business or economy-comfort class (award ticket);

10.2. The Program Participant may choose the award if he has enough points on his account, according to the table of point calculation and the cost of awards.

10.3. The award ticket may be withdrawn in case if it was issued with violation of rules and conditions of the Program.

10.4. In case of loss of the award ticket, the duplicate copy would not be issued. The monetary or other compensation would not be done.

10.4. In case of prior booking and issuance of ticket the Participant of the Program should warn about his intention of using the points to issue the award.

10.5. The class of service increase of award ticket is not allowed.

10.6. The points of unused award ticket would be returned to the account by virtue of the Unused Ticket Point Refund Application of the Program Participant in 30 days from the application received and ticket returned.

10.7. The departure time change is available.

10.8. The Period of validity of the award ticket, issued by using the points of the Program – one year after the date of issuance if any other cases are not specified.

10.9. The Program Participant is responsible for paying all airport and other taxes and fees charged for a flight, and also all charges of agencies for booking and refund of the award.

10.10. The Yakutia Airlines may refuse the class of service increase request and the departure date because of absence of seats.     

 

11.   Free Ticket Issuance and Class of Service Increase for the Points

11.1. To issue the award the Program Participant should address to the agency of company or issue the premium ticket on the website of company.

11.2. To issue the class of service increase the Program Participant should address the agency of company or the Company Service Center.

11.3. The Program Participant may issue the premium ticket for him- (her)self or any person he/she states. Any way the Participant is responsible for award using. If the Participant gives the award to another person, he/she should write an application (Appendix 6).
